Our Gewurztraminer is any easy drinking wine that will match with any occasion and a wide variety of foods.

A medium bodied wine with aromas of tropical fruits, Niagara tree ripened Bartlet pears and hints of allspice in the background. The spicy characteristics of the wine override the slight natural sweetness to balance out the wine's acidity.

Food Pairing:

Best enjoyed with a good story and old friends! Pairs extremely well with foods that have a touch of heat. Indian, Thai, Schewan, Sushi with wasabi & ginger and great with Thanksgiving Turkey!
